There's been a lot of talk about sleep lately.

But what exactly is it? And how can you improve your quality of sleep?

We believe that the best way to do this is to get some good quality sleep, but also make sure that you're getting the right kind of sleep. Sleep is not just a matter of falling asleep and waking up, but rather an active process that involves several stages. You need to be in deep REM (rapid eye movement) sleep for at least 90 minutes before you wake up, and if you're not getting enough time in deep sleep, then your overall quality of sleep will suffer (and so will your energy levels).

FOUNDER

The Calming Co. was founded by two brothers who were already suffering from various sleeping issues. They had tried to find a solution for their problem with no success until they came up with the idea to actually invest in research & development of new sleeping solutions.

The founder of The Calming Co. has spent over a decade dealing with various sleeping issues. His present condition at the time is that he has trouble sleeping at night due to health issues. Always going to therapeutic treatments, which may be rather costly, and much more so if you get therapeutic treatments on a regular basis. It bothers him when he doesn't get enough sleep since it affects him the next day and if he can't sleep correctly on a regular basis. It can cause a range of issues such as sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, sleep walking, and so on. That’s why he came up with an idea with his brother to actually invest in research & development in different sleeping solutions.
